Role Summary

As the Segment Marketing Lead, you’ll craft and execute integrated, insight-led strategies for BioPharma and Payor partners. You’ll own end-to-end plans—from audience segmentation and content strategy to omni-channel campaigns and measurement—aligning closely with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and channel owners. Objectives include building brand and product equity, nurturing partner relationships, and enabling conversion through cohesive messaging, enablement tools, and data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead audience-centric strategies and campaigns for BioPharma and Payor segments, aligned to partnership goals.
  • Define segments and personas using data-driven insights to tailor messaging and offers for prospects and existing partners.
  • Own content and sales enablement strategy, including decks, talking points, case studies, white papers, conference assets, and tools.
  • Plan and execute full-funnel, multi-channel programs (events, nurture, digital, email, webinars, thought leadership, targeted outreach).
  • Integrate programs with partner-facing tools to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across the lifecycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align targeting, messaging, and objectives with commercial priorities.
  • Develop measurement plans; analyze performance and partner engagement to optimize programs over time.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity; evolve strategies based on insights and partner feedback.
  • Ensure compliant, consistent materials through ownership of approvals and reviews.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years in marketing, with 3–5 years in healthcare preferred; payor and/or healthcare partner marketing experience is a plus.
  • Proven B2B and product marketing experience for data products and services.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, persuasive messaging and narratives.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation; strong project management skills (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Collaborative, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical orientation with experience building and interpreting marketing KPIs and dashboards.

Compensation and Location

Salary range: $135,000–$155,000 USD. Location: Remote. GeneDx offers a benefits package including the following:
