Role Summary
As the organizational backbone for the Therapeutic Dermatology marketing team, you will manage the master marketing calendar, enable seamless meetings and reviews, track budgets and timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned. The coordinator partners closely with cross-functional teams and supports internal communications and launch activities to ensure initiatives move from plan to execution on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing operations and calendar management: Own the master calendar across congresses, sales meetings, and financial planning; distribute pre-read materials; schedule and coordinate team, cross-functional, and leadership meetings with clear objectives and agendas; manage calendar needs for the VP of Marketing and leadership team.
- Executional support: Assist with purchase orders and budget tracking; monitor critical deliverables and deadlines to support on-time brand execution; compile meeting materials and capture follow-ups for internal and external engagements.
- Cross-functional coordination: Liaise with coordinator counterparts across the Therapeutic Business Unit to ensure alignment; partner with medical, regulatory, legal, and access teams to keep projects progressing.
- Internal communications and launch support: Draft and distribute internal updates, team newsletters, and milestone communications; collaborate with PR and corporate communications on internal distribution for marketing and business unit updates.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills; comfortable driving clarity in fast-paced environments.
- Interest in pharmaceuticals, dermatology, and commercial strategy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
