Role Summary
As Digital Marketing Lead, you will own strategy, configuration, execution, and measurement for multi-channel campaigns designed to generate and nurture provider leads. You will build automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, partner closely with recruiting and sales, and deliver clear performance insights and executive reporting that inform ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital strategy and campaigns across email, web, social, and related channels.
- Own SFMC journey design, configuration, execution, and ongoing measurement for acquisition and lead generation.
- Collaborate with recruiting and sales to develop effective digital content and offers.
- Monitor KPIs and campaign analytics; produce executive-level reporting and actionable insights to fuel growth.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years in multi-channel digital marketing with measurable impact on acquisition or pipeline.
- 3+ years hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey and campaign configuration for lead generation/customer acquisition; certifications preferred.
- Demonstrated success building automated programs that drive ROI and business growth.
- Strong data analysis skills (including Excel) and familiarity with web analytics (Google Analytics) and SEO principles preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of light copywriting for digital channels.
- Experience orchestrating full-lifecycle customer experiences across email, web, and social touchpoints.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
Salary range: $120,000–$140,000 USD. Work setup: Remote; listed location is Irving, TX. The role involves standard office work on a computer.
