FreeWill is hiring a Growth Campaign Manager to design and run multi-channel inbound and outbound campaigns that generate qualified pipeline. This full-time role is remote within the U.S. (excluding AL, CO, and LA) and reports to the Director of Demand Generation.

Role Summary
As Growth Campaign Manager, you will build and optimize automated, multi-channel programs that engage prospects and create qualified opportunities for SDRs. You will collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time, leveraging tools like Outreach, HubSpot, 6sense, and ZoomInfo alongside support from FreeWill’s internal AI team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own execution of outbound and inbound campaigns using Outreach, HubSpot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and related tools.
- Build and maintain automated workflows with the internal AI team to engage prospects across channels and surface qualified leads for SDR follow-up.
- Align with Sales leadership on outbound priorities by channel, segment, and sector.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and offers across touchpoints.
- Develop and iterate high-performing sequences that leverage webinars, toolkits, and case studies from demand generation programs.
- Define SDR triggers and handoff processes that maximize conversion to meetings and opportunities.
- Partner with the Demand Gen team on ABM initiatives and event outreach to deliver cohesive, integrated experiences for target accounts.
- Track performance metrics (e.g., response rates, conversion to meeting, lead quality) and drive data-informed optimizations.
- Continuously test hypotheses and scale winning approaches.
Ideal Profile
- 3+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management.
- Strong storytelling skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach.io, Clay).
- Deep understanding of outbound strategy and ABM fundamentals.
- A data-driven approach with the ability to iterate quickly based on results.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working across Sales and Marketing teams.
- Comfort using AI-powered tools and experimenting with new technology to improve efficiency.
- Detail-oriented self-starter who can manage multiple priorities.
Compensation and Location
FreeWill uses a set, non-negotiable compensation approach for fairness. The expected salary range is $90,000–$100,000 for candidates with 3–5 years of experience; those with 5+ years may be considered for $100,000–$110,000, depending on skills and fit. This is a full-time, remote role within the U.S. (excluding Alabama, Colorado, and Louisiana). U.S. work authorization is required; FreeWill cannot sponsor visas.
Hiring Process
- Recruiter phone screen (30 minutes).
- Hiring Manager interview (30 minutes).
- Work sample (on your own time; 60 minutes maximum).
- Final interviews with three team members (three separate 30-minute conversations).
- Offer (contingent on positive references).
