Role Summary
Reporting to the Director of Public Relations and partnering closely with the Commercial Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategies across social media, content, email, paid media, and online reputation channels. The role measures impact through analytics and reporting, supports cross-functional initiatives, and represents the property’s brand voice across digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Join the pre-opening team for Naples Beach Club and help establish the digital foundation.
- Create on-brand content that amplifies key messages and maintains alignment with Four Seasons standards.
- Manage the resort’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter; engage with guests and the community.
- Integrate and curate user-generated content to showcase authentic experiences.
- Oversee online reputation and monitor review sites (e.g., Google, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Yelp, Revinate).
- Contribute to corporate social initiatives and activate local partnerships for cross-promotion.
- Own social analytics, monitoring tools, and reporting to inform decisions and share insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer service issues surfaced in digital channels.
- Maintain the property website, app, external booking engines, and media library within brand standards.
- Plan and send monthly email campaigns; support on-property photo and video shoots.
- Develop briefs for digital campaigns; oversee paid media content strategy and creative trafficking.
- Partner with Revenue Management to monitor FS.com performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular digital benchmarking against local and luxury competitors; track market insights.
- Host media and influencer property tours; participate in PR, F&B, spa, and promotional meetings and events.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally with performance and conversion focus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; fluent in English.
- Working knowledge of digital platforms, social tools, and marketing technologies.
- Experience managing social media channels, content calendars, and online reputation.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and with agencies/contractors to meet deadlines.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
• Salary: USD 62,700–72,487, full-time. • Location: Naples, FL, at Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort featuring residences, a 222-room hotel, wellness facilities, dining, outdoor pursuits, and a private club.
