FormFactor, Inc. is hiring a Marketing and Communications Manager to elevate thought leadership, launch new products, and strengthen customer community across the semiconductor ecosystem. This US-remote role blends strategy and execution across content, digital, social, events, and team leadership, with occasional travel to Livermore, CA.

Role Summary

You will drive integrated marketing communications that highlight FormFactor’s technical and market leadership, including content-led campaigns, digital programs, and events. The role includes leading a small team, partnering across functions and regions, and managing resources to maximize impact and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with SMEs, product, sales, and global teams to position technical leadership in advanced semiconductor test.
  • Plan and execute outbound campaigns across email, social, web, and events to grow visibility and demand.
  • Lead and mentor marketing team members; foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Produce and leverage multimedia assets (e.g., product and corporate video clips) to support the brand.
  • Align marketing with sales, product development, and customer service to amplify program performance.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Own marketing budgets; monitor spend and optimize for ROI while staying within plan.
  • Conduct market research on trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Apply creativity and professionalism in digital design, technical writing, and event coordination.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years in B2B high-tech marketing or communications; global or agency/consulting experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record delivering content-led campaigns and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
  • 3+ years overseeing social media programs; paid social management required.
  • Graphic design skills; proficiency with Adobe tools (Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, global environment across disciplines and regions.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

  • Base salary range: $132,400–$173,775 USD, dependent on candidate work location and other factors; ranges may be adjusted in the future.
  • Benefits: medical, dental, vision, EAP, short/long-term disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA, 401(k), ESPP, and paid time off.
  • Work model: US-remote eligible with occasional travel to Livermore, CA; employment limited to registered states (some states currently excluded—see posting for details).
