Role Summary
As Social Media Manager, you will own end-to-end social strategy, content planning, channel management, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. You will partner closely with creative, brand marketing, PR, and resort teams; support influencer initiatives; lead social care and crisis communications; and manage the social media team to deliver consistent, on-brand results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine a hotel-wide social strategy aligned to marketing objectives and business results.
- Define KPIs, monitor analytics, and deliver performance reports and recap decks to stakeholders and partners.
- Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to inform content, channel mix, and publishing cadence.
- Plan and manage an editorial calendar; coordinate on-time publishing across platforms and properties.
- Collaborate with studio, creative, and agency partners to produce on-brand content; leverage user-generated content and guest feedback.
- Lead co-branded social activations and partnerships; serve as primary liaison for external partners and creators.
- Support influencer identification, content collaboration, and measurement with the Influencer Marketing Manager.
- Oversee community management and social care; ensure timely, brand-aligned responses across channels and reviews.
- Lead social crisis communication and SOPs in partnership with PR, Legal, and executive leadership.
- Leverage tools such as Sprinklr and native platform insights to monitor sentiment and optimize performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in social media, digital marketing, or brand strategy; hospitality/lifestyle/entertainment preferred.
- Proven ability to build and optimize scalable social strategies and content programs tied to business outcomes.
- Experience managing or collaborating on paid social campaigns, including targeting, creative testing, and optimization.
- Skilled in influencer relations and cross-functional partnership execution with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; portfolio samples may be requested during interviews.
- Leadership mindset with experience coaching teams and aligning stakeholders around priorities and timelines.
- Demonstrated crisis response capabilities, including SOP development and real-time escalation management.
- Proficiency with social dashboards and reporting tools; quick learner of new digital platforms and workflows.
- Strong organization and attention to detail; dedicated to research and staying current with trends.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Compensation, Location, And Work Details
This is a full-time, on-site role in Las Vegas, NV. The expected salary range is $72,000–$82,000 USD per year, with final compensation commensurate with experience, skills, internal equity, and market data alignment. Candidates must be able to qualify for any licenses or permits required by federal, state, or local regulations. The environment is generally moderate-noise; duties may involve standing, use of hands, and occasional lifting, with potential exposure to secondhand tobacco smoke. English reading and verbal communication are required.
