Role Summary

As Relationship Manager – PFAC, you will serve as the primary point of contact for executive and senior-level client stakeholders. You will craft and execute account plans, lead contract renewals and renegotiations, identify new revenue opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver outcomes. Success in this role hinges on consultative selling, executive communication, and disciplined pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact and information resource for assigned clients.
  • Develop account plans that drive incremental revenue through profitable deals and partnerships.
  • Build and manage a pipeline that increases profitability and contribution margin.
  • Lead contract renewals and renegotiations to retain and grow partnerships.
  • Cultivate multi-level relationships to identify and implement revenue-expanding solutions.
  • Partner with product sales SMEs to meet quota and improve Likely to Recommend scores.
  • Proactively retain customers through follow-up, issue resolution, and professional negotiations.
  • Maintain day-to-day operational oversight for the assigned client portfolio.

Ideal Profile

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of enterprise relationship management experience (payments or financial services preferred).
  • Track record managing and growing large, complex client relationships across functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work, education, and military experience.
  • Strong consultative selling, executive communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of business operations; ability to train others as needed.
  • Experience in Payment Facilitation; familiarity with Fiserv systems and Salesforce or similar eCRM.
  • Influence across internal and external stakeholders; ability to lead without formal authority.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills; participation in relevant industry trade groups.
  • MBA.

Compensation, Location, and Travel

  • Salary range: $90,900–$193,500 (USD).
  • Ranges apply to employees in CO, HI, MA, NV, RI, and WA; other states may differ.
  • Commission eligibility may apply pursuant to the Fiserv Sales Compensation Plan.
  • Location: Massachusetts (Full-time).
  • Travel: Up to 60% domestically.
