Role Summary
As the Ecommerce Account Representative, you will drive product placement and revenue on customer e-commerce platforms. You’ll analyze assortments, strengthen SEO and imagery, streamline onboarding of additional products, and manage relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Management, Marketing, Operations, and Sales leadership to deliver on goals and improve digital performance across accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth and product placement across assigned e-commerce customers.
- Identify assortment gaps and recommend additions Fey can fulfill to increase sales.
- Optimize listings with SEO-friendly copy, accurate data, and compelling imagery.
- Streamline processes so customers can easily add more Fey products to their sites.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships; deliver responsive, accurate communication and documentation.
- Conduct quarterly reviews and annual planning with stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
- Publish monthly analysis of item counts, sales, placement opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Surface emerging e-commerce distributors; map key contacts and understand their revenue drivers and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing on trends, keywords, tags, and digital strategy; support online product maintenance as needed.
- Support Sales on customer contracts; review inbound e-commerce leads; participate in continuous improvement initiatives (≈5% travel).
Ideal Profile
- Proficient with CRM tools; strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven with effective project management abilities.
- Clear, concise writer and communicator; responsive and customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; self-motivated and proactive.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics and optimization tools; able to manage digital product inventory.
- Preferred: BA in Marketing or related field; 5+ years in e-commerce; industry knowledge helpful.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
This is a full-time role with negotiable pay based on experience. The position can be onsite, hybrid, or remote from MN, SD, MO, TX, UT, or WI. Expect approximately 5% travel for customer visits, meetings, and/or trade shows.
