Role Summary

As an Account Specialist, you will be on the front lines with branch key accounts—building relationships, aligning products and solutions to customer needs, and supporting day-to-day account requirements. The position is based at 1512 Business Loop E, Jamestown, ND 58401. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. You will collaborate closely with the branch team while managing priorities independently to drive measurable account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a local sales plan to meet or exceed goals.
• Support the day-to-day needs of key accounts with timely service and solutions.
• Work directly with assigned accounts to grow and maintain an active book of business.
• Build relationships and match products and services to customer needs.
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Current, valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements for vehicle use, as needed.
• Pursuing or holding a Business/Marketing degree, or equivalent industry experience with knowledge of the local market.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organized, with solid planning and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving, deductive reasoning, and sound decision-making.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented.
• Able to learn and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Works independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Alignment with core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
• Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically 25–50 lbs, and up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).

Compensation And Location

Salary range: USD $36,813–$46,211 annually. Employment type: Full-time. Location: On-site at 1512 Business Loop E, Jamestown, ND 58401. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
