Role Summary

The GoHighLevel Expert will configure and manage client instances of GoHighLevel, implement funnels and automations across the lifecycle, integrate third-party tools, and collaborate with strategists to launch campaigns that convert. You will also troubleshoot issues, support onboarding, and maintain a clean, reliable CRM and pipeline structure for each account.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage client accounts in GoHighLevel with best-practice configurations.
• Build funnels, workflows, pipelines, and CRM systems tailored to client goals.
• Create and optimize email/SMS campaigns, landing pages, and automations for performance and deliverability.
• Integrate GoHighLevel with tools such as Calendly, Zapier, and payment processors; configure APIs as needed.
• Troubleshoot platform and integration issues; support smooth client onboarding and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists to implement and iterate on conversion-focused campaigns.

Ideal Profile

• Proven, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel; agency-level background preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, lifecycle automation, and attribution fundamentals.
• Knowledge of email/SMS best practices (list hygiene, segmentation, A/B testing, compliance).
• Ability to integrate third-party tools and APIs; confident with Zapier and scheduling/payment platforms.
• Detail-oriented problem-solver with a results-driven approach and clear communication style.
• Bonus: Experience with white-label agency setups or SaaS mode in GoHighLevel.

Compensation And Location

Job Type: Full-time or Contract

Compensation: $3,000–$4,000 per month (USD), project-based or monthly depending on engagement.
