Role Summary

As the Growth Marketing Manager (Social), you will own paid social execution, manage influencer recruitment and performance, and guide organic social efforts. You will build test-and-learn roadmaps, optimize toward CPA and ROAS, scale new channels such as TikTok, and turn creator content into performance assets. This position reports to the Head of Growth and partners closely with brand and creative teams.

Paid Social Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and develop a structured testing roadmap across platforms.
  • Manage Meta and TikTok campaigns, including budgets, targeting, creatives, and bid strategies.
  • Own briefs and creative development, ensuring performance against CPA and ROAS goals.
  • Analyze campaigns to surface insights, diagnose issues, and prioritize new tests.
  • Scale the TikTok program and identify optimization and creative opportunities.

Influencer Marketing Responsibilities

  • Recruit content creators and micro-influencers for monthly campaigns to drive discovery and demand for at-home test kits with a direct-response focus.
  • Develop analytics for influencer performance, tracking spend, return, and engagement.
  • Manage briefs and a recruitment playbook; refine strategy by brand and product fit.
  • Coordinate whitelisting/spark ads for creator assets that can improve paid performance.

Ideal Profile

  • 6+ years managing paid social on Meta and TikTok with strong technical fluency in tracking, optimization, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to hit CAC and ROAS targets while managing 7-figure media budgets.
  • Creative and analytical mindset: concepting and asset development paired with strong performance analysis.
  • Experience using influencer marketing as a growth channel, including whitelisting/spark ads.
  • Comfortable creating or spinning up social content when needed (a plus).

Compensation And Location

Job Type: Full-time. Location: Austin, TX. The stated salary range is $79,656–$107,874 USD.
