This remote role centers on multi-channel campaigns, funnel health, and pipeline contribution in close partnership with Sales, Product, and marketing specialists.

Role Summary
As Growth Marketing Manager on the EverPro Marketing team, you will own, create, execute, and optimize end-to-end demand generation programs across email, paid media, SEO, content, social, and site CRO. You’ll design integrated campaigns, build segmented nurture journeys, and develop assets tailored to audience segments and buyer stages. Success is measured by qualified lead volume, pipeline expansion, speed to conversion, and contribution to revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable demand generation strategies aligned to business goals; prioritize high-impact channels (email, paid, SEO, content, social, CRO).
- Design and run integrated campaigns (digital, traditional, events) to drive awareness, leads, and progression through the buyer’s journey.
- Partner with Sales and Product on targeted and segmented programs, including ABM initiatives and tailored messaging by segment and stage.
- Build, optimize, and manage lead nurturing to exceed KPI targets; monitor lead flow and conversion at each funnel stage with tight Sales alignment.
- Advance partnership marketing: align go-to-market with partners, deliver enablement, and analyze performance to improve ROI.
- Track and report performance; develop dashboards and insights using platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Heap, Pendo, and Google Analytics.
- Ensure sales and marketing readiness: target account lists, scoring and qualification, feedback loops, and enablement assets (case studies, briefs, demos, webinars).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and marketing SMEs; manage agency partners, budgets, KPIs, and reporting to meet objectives.
- Continuously test, analyze, and refine content, channels, and targeting; stay current on industry trends and competitor activity.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
- 7+ years in B2B demand generation within SaaS/technology with a track record of driving pipeline growth.
- Expertise with marketing automation and CRM (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) and demand gen toolsets.
- Proven success designing and executing omni-channel lead generation and nurture programs.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data-driven approach to optimization and market/channel opportunity identification.
- Knowledge of field service management or experience marketing to service-based businesses is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Compensation, Location, And Benefits
Compensation: Target base salary is $100,000–$115,000 USD in most U.S. locations. Final offers vary by location, market factors, and experience.
Location: Remote within the United States or Canada. Must be eligible to work without sponsorship. This role may require travel to Denver, Colorado, or other North American offices. EverCommerce teams are distributed across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia.
