Role Summary

The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will lead strategy and execution across core ecommerce channels while designing systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and reporting. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists; manage client communication; and pilot new opportunities in TikTok, affiliate, and influencer marketing with a clear performance focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance ecommerce PPC, SEO, and Email Marketing programs.
  • Develop growth strategies for TikTok, affiliate, and influencer marketing tailored to ecommerce.
  • Establish clear systems and processes for each channel to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Build reporting frameworks to track ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Monitor timelines and performance to ensure timely execution and strong results across campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact to maintain clarity, trust, and alignment on goals.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists to deliver on ecommerce objectives.
  • Research and implement tactics that keep programs current with ecommerce trends and best practices.

Ideal Profile

  • Proven track record in ecommerce marketing across PPC, SEO, and Email Marketing (mandatory).
  • Experience developing ecommerce-focused TikTok, affiliate, and influencer programs.
  • Fluency in ecommerce KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, BigCommerce).
  • Ability to design clear processes and reporting frameworks for performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Agency experience is a plus.

  • Strong client relationships built on clarity, responsiveness, and results.

Compensation And Location

Employment Type: Remote; Contract. Estimated compensation range: $33,740–$53,161 USD. Actual terms may vary based on experience and engagement scope.
