Role Summary
Reporting into a high-performing marketing organization, the Director of Revenue Marketing will align marketing strategy with sales priorities to attract new clients and grow existing relationships. You will own multi-channel demand programs (including ABM), shape product messaging and value propositions, lead field and event marketing, and enable the commercial organization with communications and tools that accelerate the sales cycle. The role includes building and developing a future-ready team grounded in data-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Align marketing and sales on revenue priorities and corporate growth goals.
- Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including ABM, to attract and nurture high-quality leads and expand share of wallet in existing accounts.
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across digital, social, events, email, and content in partnership with MarComm and Sales.
- Track, analyze, and optimize funnel performance to maximize pipeline and ROI.
- Define product value propositions, messaging, and positioning; equip Sales with collateral, competitive intelligence, and client-facing tools.
- Lead field marketing, trade shows, conferences, and hosted experiences with seamless lead capture and follow-up to convert engagements into qualified pipeline.
- Oversee association partnerships and sponsorships to amplify brand presence and deepen client relationships.
- Partner with MarComm, Sales, Product, and Client Success to ensure unified messaging and efficient go-to-market execution.
- Plan and deliver commercial sales events, including the annual Sales Kick Off, and lead internal commercial communications that align and enable sales teams.
- Build and develop a high-performing team; drive adoption of tools and technologies; manage performance, engagement, and career growth.
Ideal Profile
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, including 5+ years in revenue marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing leadership.
- Demonstrated success aligning Marketing and Sales to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Track record building and scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable business outcomes (including ABM).
- Expertise in event marketing, product marketing, and field/partner strategies across the enterprise buyer journey.
- Data-driven mindset and proficiency with marketing automation, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and project management; collaborative and action-oriented.
Compensation, Location, And Benefits
Location: Minneapolis, MN. Employment type: Full-time. The hiring base salary range is $124,600–$171,400 USD annually. Actual compensation will vary based on skills, experience, internal equity, and market data, and may differ by work location. Benefits include a culture of innovation and accountability, comprehensive health and welfare coverage, and paid time off.
