Role Summary

As Product Marketing Specialist, you will turn SaaS features into compelling benefits, own multi-channel digital campaigns, and support market-ready launches. You will align closely with product, sales, content, and customer success to maintain a unified voice, build awareness and demand, and inform roadmap decisions through market intelligence and performance data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute data-driven digital campaigns to build awareness, engagement, and conversion for a suite of SaaS products.
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize tactics to improve performance and demonstrate campaign ROI.
  • Partner with external vendors and industry publications to extend reach and maximize marketing budget efficiency.
  • Align marketing strategy with company objectives and product roadmaps through close, cross-functional collaboration.
  • Create persuasive content and messaging for technical and non-technical audiences, including presentations, sales enablement, and follow-up materials.
  • Review and approve guest and partner content to ensure alignment with ELB Learning brand standards.
  • Track industry and digital content trends to surface new marketing opportunities and innovative approaches.
  • Position ELB Learning’s software competitively using deep understanding of SaaS market dynamics and buyer needs.
  • Translate complex features into benefits-driven narratives for a wide range of stakeholders and personas.
  • Contribute to go-to-market plans for new launches and major feature releases in partnership with product and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, content, and customer success to maintain a unified voice and seamless customer experience across touchpoints.
  • Gather and share market intelligence and customer insights to inform product direction and business strategy.
  • Support integrated marketing programs across the SaaS portfolio to drive adoption and retention.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, publications, vendors, thought leaders, and internal stakeholders to advance unified SaaS marketing efforts.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B; demonstrated SaaS expertise highly preferred.
  • Advanced multi-channel digital marketing skills across email, social, SEO, content, and display.
  • Exceptional writing and communication; adept at tailoring messages to varied personas and use cases.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proven project management skills managing deadlines, competing priorities, and multiple workstreams in high-growth environments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with product, sales, content, and customer success teams.
  • Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models, lifecycle marketing, adoption, and retention strategies.
  • Working knowledge of CMS and digital publishing platforms.

Compensation And Location

  • Salary range: USD $55,566–$79,089 (based on experience).
  • Employment type: Full-time.
  • Location: Remote; US preferred.
  • Target start date: October 2025.
