Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the full-funnel acquisition strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriber targets.
- Allocate and optimize budget across Direct Mail, Digital, and TV/Video to maximize ROI and profitability.
- Define and track acquisition KPIs; partner with Finance and Analytics on forecasting and media mix models to guide investment decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with IT, Sales, Finance, and others to test and launch new offers and strategies that improve acquisition and profitability.
- Provide hands-on leadership for the direct mail program, including sizable budget ownership, end-to-end execution, and executive reporting.
- Oversee the credit pre-qualification program; leverage data partners and rigorous A/B testing to optimize creative, offers, and segmentation in mail.
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Influence and align a matrix of internal and external channel partners to execute the strategy with accountability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years in performance, acquisition, or growth marketing for a consumer-facing brand.
- Proven full-funnel acquisition leadership with P&L responsibility and capital allocation expertise across channels.
- Exceptional financial acumen, including LTV, SAC, and payback modeling; experience managing a full marketing P&L.
- Depth in offline (Direct Mail, TV) and online (SEM, Social, Programmatic) channels and how they work together to drive growth.
- Significant direct response marketing experience; hands-on direct mail expertise is a strong plus.
- Analytical problem-solver who converts complex data into actionable strategy and clear executive communication.
- Experienced leader who can manage and influence cross-functional teams; excellent presentation skills up to the C-suite.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
Job Type: Full-time | Location: Englewood, CO. Base compensation range: $127,050–$181,500 USD per year. The base range is a guideline; total compensation varies by qualifications, competencies, and work location and is subject to change based on location.
