Role Summary

• Oversee the MAC store and a team of two Supervisors and three Beauty Advisors.
• Lead beauty artists/advisors to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
• Provide flexible availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Work on-site at Houston – Hobby International Airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to manage multi-unit operations effectively.
• Share expert knowledge of MAC products, trends, and techniques with staff and customers.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash counts and shift management, per company policies.
• Demonstrate makeup tutorials and artist techniques for customers.
• Maintain fresh visual displays and restock products in collaboration with the team.
• Participate in training, education, and store meetings.
• Ensure brand consistency and a seamless MAC experience.
• Manage payroll and expenses by optimizing labor and staying within monthly budgets.
• Enforce loss-prevention policies to protect assets and reduce shrink.
• Coordinate with marketing on brand promotions and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute special events to drive sales.
• Engage professionally with customers, team members, landlords, suppliers, and supervisors; monitor and report staff performance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inventory.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
• Background in cosmetics, sales, and makeup application.
• 2–3 years of management experience in a retail, service-oriented environment.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional attitude, flexibility, and a positive approach to change.
• Availability for 35–40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to unpack and pack materials when restocking supplies.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (approximately 8 hours at the counter).

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Salary range: $62,000–$64,000 USD; full-time. Primary location: Houston, TX, at Houston – Hobby International Airport.
