Dropbox is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to accelerate growth for Dash, its flagship AI product. Embedded in the Dash Growth vertical, you will partner with Product, Design, UXR, and Engineering to drive acquisition, activation, and expansion. This high-visibility role turns customer and experiment insights into messaging, lifecycle programs, and go-to-market motions that increase adoption and engagement.

Role Summary
As the dedicated PMM for Dash Growth, you will shape and execute strategies across the user journey. You will lead cross-functional initiatives from design through implementation, guide growth experiments, and translate learnings into scalable frameworks. Success is measured by adoption, engagement, and the strength of Dash’s market differentiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product marketing within Dash’s Growth vertical across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
- Design and analyze growth experiments across onboarding and conversion flows; convert insights into repeatable frameworks.
- Craft audience-specific, insights-led messaging that clarifies Dash’s differentiation in a fast-evolving market.
- Plan and execute multi-phase GTM for feature launches and growth initiatives with Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Turn experiment learnings into GTM levers across onboarding, lifecycle touchpoints, activation campaigns, and positioning updates.
- Champion customer needs to drive meaningful adoption, engagement, and retention outcomes.
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years in product marketing, ideally B2B SaaS with a focus on growth.
- Fluent in SaaS growth levers: onboarding, activation, lifecycle, and conversion.
- Hands-on with growth experiments; able to interpret results and influence product and marketing decisions.
- Proven success in 0–1 launches, driving adoption and market penetration for new solutions.
- Excellent storytelling; able to distill technical concepts into clear narratives and positioning.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing; data-driven mindset.
- Preferred: BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications; experience across product-led and sales-led motions; familiarity with marketing AI-powered tools with attention to trust and privacy.
Compensation And Location
Remote role, hiring in US Zones 2 and 3 only (zones are based on the zip code of your remote work location). Dropbox uses zone-based ranges and targets most new hire offers between the minimum and mid-point of the range.
- Zone 2: $153,000–$207,000 USD (not hiring in Zone 1).
- Zone 3: $136,000–$184,000 USD.
Ranges are expected annual salary/OTE and may change; OTE applies to sales roles only. Regular employees are also eligible for a corporate bonus program and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
