Dreamlabs is hiring a data-driven Email Marketing Strategist to lead lifecycle strategy and execution for multiple DTC eCommerce brands. This full-time role is remote (USA/Canada preferred) and focuses on building high-performing Klaviyo flows, weekly campaigns, and deliverability best practices to drive retention and revenue. If you thrive at the intersection of analytics, creative, and performance, this role offers an opportunity to own programs end to end across a range of fast-growing brands.

Company Overview

Dreamlabs is a growth agency scaling 7–9 figure eCommerce brands through paid media, creative, and retention. The team brings founder-first operating experience and has supported brands generating $800M+ in revenue. Dreamlabs is expanding its email and retention practice and is seeking a strategist who can combine rigorous analysis with thoughtful lifecycle architecture.

Role Summary

You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of email programs across multiple DTC brands. Core responsibilities include building and optimizing Klaviyo flows, managing weekly campaigns, segmenting audiences, improving deliverability, and running structured testing to lift open, click, and conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with copy and design to align messaging with brand voice and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution for lifecycle flows (welcome, abandon, winback, sunset, and more) and weekly campaigns.
  • Build, QA, and optimize Klaviyo flows with attention to copy, triggers, design, and segmentation.
  • Run A/B tests to improve open rate, CTR, CVR, AOV, and LTV across lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Manage sender reputation, domain warming, authentication, and deliverability best practices.
  • Develop segmentation logic based on behavior, CLTV, product engagement, and lifecycle stage.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to align messaging, creative, and testing plans with brand goals.
  • Track and report performance in Klaviyo, analytics dashboards, and attribution tools; translate insights into action.
  • Monitor trends in email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing to inform strategy and experimentation.

Ideal Profile

  • 3–5 years of hands-on email experience in DTC or a performance agency environment.
  • Expertise in Klaviyo flows, conditional logic, reporting, and audience segmentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue via lifecycle and retention programs.
  • Experience testing subject lines, content blocks, CTAs, send times, and frequencies.
  • Deep understanding of deliverability, sender reputation, domain authentication, and inbox placement.
  • Comfort with analytics in Klaviyo, GA, and attribution platforms; strong quantitative rigor.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Postscript, Attentive, Sendlane, or other SMS tools.

Compensation And Location

Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 USD. Employment type: Full-time; contractor or employee depending on experience. Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates based in the USA or Canada.
