DoorDash is hiring an Integrated Marketing Manager to accelerate growth for DoorDash for Business (DDfB), the company’s B2B offering. This role blends strategy and execution to increase awareness, education, and demand among enterprise customers across multiple product surfaces and channels.

Role Summary

As an Integrated Marketing Manager on the B2B Integrated Marketing team, you will define and execute end‑to‑end integrated marketing strategy for key DDfB products. You’ll partner closely with growth marketing, CRM, content, sales, strategy and operations, product, and research to build customer journeys, scale go‑to‑market programs, and run 0–1 experiments. The role requires comfort moving between strategic planning and tactical execution, grounding decisions in audience insights and analytics. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, DoorDash for Business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop full‑funnel enterprise marketing campaigns anchored in clear messaging and positioning.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional execution across lifecycle, content, performance, sales, and CRM teams.
  • Drive organic MQL growth via SEO‑driven content, webinar co‑marketing, and website conversion optimization (in partnership with content).
  • Lead in‑product messaging with DDfB Strategy & Ops and product partners to improve education and adoption.
  • Own SDR sequencing templates and messaging to enable consistent outreach at scale.
  • Create vertical strategies and narratives, plus localized plays for priority markets and segments.
  • Produce enterprise‑specific collateral across surfaces (website, paid media, case studies, and customer stories).
  • Surface audience insights, set a learning agenda, and raise the bar on engagement and business impact measurement.
  • Launch and evaluate 0–1 experiments to uncover new growth opportunities beyond existing strategy.
  • Plan and execute scaled go‑to‑market campaigns to increase brand awareness and demand generation for DDfB products.

Ideal Profile

  • BA required; 6+ years in Marketing or Product within corporate or startup environments.
  • Proven track record leading go‑to‑market launches that drive adoption and business impact.
  • Comfort switching between strategic planning and hands‑on execution in fast‑moving environments.
  • Fluent with data: market/segment sizing, forecasting, and post‑campaign analytics to assess efficacy.
  • Experience collaborating across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Strategy/Ops to serve business customers.
  • Grounded in audience insights via research and analytics; able to drive original research when needed.
  • Skilled at building consensus with large cross‑functional teams and partnering with senior product leaders.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Employment Type: Full‑time; remote option available. Primary location: Austin, TX. Additional hubs include New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Seattle, WA; Sunnyvale, CA; Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Boston, MA; and Washington, D.C.

Compensation: $129,200–$190,000 USD base salary, determined by skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions; base is localized to the employee’s work location and may be modified in the future. Equity opportunities may be available.
