Doola is hiring a detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to help scale its partnerships program. If you’re skilled at sourcing creators, negotiating deliverables, and optimizing performance across direct-response campaigns, this role offers the chance to own end-to-end execution within a growing team.

Role Summary
As the Influencer Marketing Associate, you will support daily execution of influencer campaigns from sourcing through reporting. You’ll prospect high-value partners, coordinate outreach and contracting, manage deliverables, and analyze performance to improve return on spend. You’ll also contribute to the program’s strategy and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- Source and evaluate potential partners across the digital landscape
- Manage campaigns end to end, from outreach to execution and reporting
- Handle contracting, performance tracking, and data entry for the Partner Program
- Analyze creator and channel performance to optimize the program
- Support strategic direction and goal-setting for influencer initiatives
Ideal Profile
- 2–4 years on a brand’s influencer team or at an agency representing brands
- Direct-response influencer experience with strong campaign analysis skills
- Proven ability to run campaigns from initial outreach through delivery
- Confidence negotiating partnership fees, scopes, and deliverables
- Strong researcher with a track record of sourcing aligned creators
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with B2B or e-commerce brands
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows
Compensation And Location
