Role Summary
The Head of Digital Media Marketing will develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies that advance Domo’s positioning and growth objectives. This leader will be AI-first, using AI to enhance efficiency and value creation across programs. The role spans media planning, forecasting, vendor partnerships, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership of a seasoned team of digital media professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive awareness and lead development of digital media marketing initiatives.
- Create media strategies and plans aligned to product and company objectives.
- Identify customer needs, oversee market research, and monitor trends and competitive dynamics.
- Cultivate strong relationships with account development, sales, and other internal partners.
- Oversee strategy, planning, execution, and forecasting for digital media marketing programs.
- Manage and develop a high-performing digital media marketing team with clear roles and processes.
- Partner with media and digital advertising vendors to execute plans effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct competitive research to inform optimal media mix and budget allocation.
- Ensure cross-team communication across Marketing, Sales, Paid Advertising, Research, and Creative.
- Set and benchmark goals for pipeline, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue margins.
- Own the digital media marketing calendar across media, email, and content to reach target audiences.
Ideal Profile
- 15+ years in digital marketing and GTM planning; B2B SaaS experience preferred.
- 7–10 years leading teams with a track record of mentoring and employee growth.
- Proven success creating and executing high-impact GTM strategies and delivering on a vision.
- Expertise in data-driven marketing with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Experienced in lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across channels and stages.
- Superior communication skills, including public speaking and executive presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.
Compensation And Location
Location: American Fork, UT (onsite). The posted salary range is USD $146,468–$187,571. Domo is an equal opportunity employer.
