Dolls Kill is seeking a Performance/Growth Marketing Director to lead hands-on paid acquisition and drive incremental, profitable growth across core digital channels. This is an opportunity to own performance marketing strategy and execution at a well-known DTC brand, working closely with creative and merchandising partners to translate insights into measurable results.

Role Summary

In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. You’ll combine rigorous analysis with creative testing to improve unit economics, inform budget allocation, and scale what works. Success requires tight collaboration with merchandising and creative teams, clear communication through dashboards and visualizations, and continuous improvement of full-funnel reporting and attribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns in Meta, Google, and TikTok; analyze performance data and act on insights to improve results.
  • Identify arbitrage opportunities via campaign structure, bidding strategies, ad format optimization, data enrichment, audience matching, and creative testing.
  • Contribute to performance media budget development across channels to maximize incremental and profitable sales.
  • Create structured analyses and visualizations to help merchandising and creative teams understand customers and what drives results in performance channels.
  • Improve full-funnel reporting and attribution to better connect campaign inputs with downstream outcomes.
  • Monitor the DTC landscape for trends; evaluate, recommend, and test new performance marketing channels as appropriate.
  • Support brand marketing initiatives with thoughtful measurement and data-driven recommendations.

Ideal Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce advertising.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least two of Google Ads, TikTok, and Meta; Snapchat experience is a plus.
  • Deep experience optimizing Google Ads campaigns for ecommerce outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and understanding of DTC P&L drivers and unit economics.
  • Proven, data-driven approach to media buying and testing frameworks.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to be hands-on in platforms and analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach with cross-functional partners.

Compensation And Location

Full-time role based in Oakland, CA. Salary range: $83,861–$111,636 USD.
