Role Summary
The Manager, Growth Marketing designs and executes full-funnel strategies—from awareness and acquisition to expansion and retention. You will set priorities, lead integrated campaigns, and optimize performance with a test-and-learn approach. The role requires strong analytical fluency, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate insights into pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small growth marketing team to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
- Set strategic priorities and guide integrated, cross-channel initiatives aligned to business objectives.
- Build full-funnel programs that support acquisition, expansion, and retention across the customer lifecycle.
- Own campaign development end-to-end, ensuring clarity, consistency, and conversion across tactics and channels.
- Implement structured A/B testing, performance tracking, and optimization plans.
- Leverage analytics to improve conversion rates, accelerate funnel velocity, and increase ROI; define and report on KPIs including lead volume, pipeline creation, and revenue influence.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Revenue Operations, and Analytics to build aligned programs and lead cross-functional projects.

- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven track record building and optimizing integrated campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
- Deep understanding of paid media, SEO, email, and content marketing tactics and platforms.
- Strong analytical acumen; comfortable interpreting performance data and shaping strategy with insights.
- Proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and communicating recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
Compensation, Location, And Work Setup
This is a full-time role based in Charlotte, NC, with a hybrid model preferred for collaboration and in-person planning sessions or customer events. Candidates must be U.S.-based and comfortable working across time zones. The posted salary range is USD $83,212–$110,380, with benefits described on Discovery Education’s Career Page.
