Role Summary
The Integrated Marketing Manager will own strategy and execution for high-impact campaigns across Amazon and core D2C channels. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and agencies, optimize performance to KPIs, and push creative innovation that grows market share while strengthening the brand narrative.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across Amazon, e-commerce, affiliate/influencer, social, and D2C.
- Elevate the brand with compelling storytelling tailored to the supplements market.
- Analyze acquisition, retention, engagement, and ROI; optimize based on insights and KPIs.
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver brand-aligned creative and content.
- Manage external vendors and agencies for alignment, quality, and accountability.
- Report on performance and refine tactics through testing and iteration.
- Monitor digital, wellness, and influencer trends to inform channel innovation.
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years in digital, e-commerce, or integrated marketing roles.
- Experience in supplements, health and wellness, or CPG environments.
- Proven success with Amazon marketing, D2C campaigns, and multi-channel growth strategies.
- Strong brand storytelling and creative sensibility; ownership of narrative and positioning.
- Comfortable managing agencies and partner relationships to deliver outcomes on time and budget.
- Analytical and data-driven; translates insights into clear actions and experiments.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills across teams and vendors.
- Resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Innovative and comfortable testing bold, out-of-the-box creative ideas.
- Strategic yet hands-on; able to pivot between vision-setting and execution.
- Growth-minded and focused on expanding market share responsibly and sustainably.
- Collaborative leader who influences and aligns cross-functional partners.
Compensation And Location
- Compensation: $115,000–$140,000 USD annually DOE + performance-based bonus.
- Employment: Full-time.
- Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in the U.S.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (core collaboration during U.S. business hours).
