Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a beauty category specialist representing DBA talent across digital and mixed media solutions.
- Conceptualize, develop, and pitch innovative programs featuring influencers and creators in the beauty and personal care sectors.
- Proactively source new business while supporting cross-vertical growth opportunities for DBA talent.
- Leverage existing brand and agency relationships to secure partnerships and drive revenue against targets.
- Lead responses to inbound RFPs with strategic thinking, creative concepts, and precise scoping.
- Define KPIs and success metrics; ensure campaign excellence from proposal through post-campaign analysis.
- Represent talent in negotiations; collaborate with legal, account, and operations teams to secure favorable outcomes.
- Build proactive category packages to expand DBA’s footprint in beauty and personal care.
Ideal Profile
- 7+ years in digital sales, influencer marketing, or business development with a strong emphasis on beauty/personal care or adjacent consumer categories.
- Established relationships with beauty brands, agencies, and media partners; proven record of pitching and closing creator-led programs.
- Strength in negotiation, RFP responses, and deal structuring; results orientation with a track record of exceeding objectives.
- Deep knowledge of online media, social platforms, and beauty/culture trends; excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven; collaborative approach and ability to lead or develop talent at coordinator/manager levels.
- Occasional travel for client meetings, industry events, and team gatherings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms; familiarity with beauty marketing metrics and influencer tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Social Rank).
- Experience with CRM/workflow tools such as QuickBase, Slack, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Google Analytics and social measurement.
- Comfort with creative tools like Canva and Adobe to support program ideation and packaging.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
This is a full-time role based in West Hollywood, CA. The annual salary range is $130,000–$185,000 B.O.E. DBA offers a hybrid work schedule and a comprehensive benefits package. Occasional travel may be required.
