This full-time, fixed-term role runs from October 2025 through December 2026 and is open to U.S.-based candidates (remote or Missoula, MT).

Role Summary

As Interim Marketing & Website Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer experience for Good Store—from first click to doorstep delivery. You will lead digital marketing strategy, manage the ecommerce site, coordinate product launches, and guide a Product Specialist. Success looks like data-informed growth, strong cross-functional alignment, and a joyful, values-aligned customer journey that supports Good Store’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the Good Store ecommerce site for conversion, usability, and on-brand presentation across pages and touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute data-informed marketing across email, SEO, social, and paid channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Create newsletters, blogs, and social content; partner with Customer Service and reviews tools to maintain a scalable, two-way customer conversation.
  • Lead timelines and execution for product launches; align digital content, inventory availability, and operational logistics.
  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance; iterate to improve conversion rates and inform product and marketing decisions.
  • Manage seasonal and evergreen campaigns with clear, consistent creative that communicates brand mission and product value.
  • Direct and support the Product Specialist to identify, prioritize, and launch new products aligned with customer feedback and mission.
  • Maintain a customer-first feedback loop via reviews, surveys, and social engagement—and translate insights into action.
  • Strengthen the values-driven brand voice across site copy, lifecycle emails, packaging, and transactional communications.

Ideal Profile

  • 2+ years in ecommerce marketing, website management, or digital campaign execution (consumer products/retail preferred).
  • Proficiency with Shopify and apps (e.g., ReCharge, Okendo), email tools (e.g., Klaviyo), social platforms, and basic SEO.
  • Strong analytics skills; able to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and lifecycle marketing across the customer journey.
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Canva; eye for brand consistency and detail.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration; comfortable prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; customer-first mindset and problem-solving orientation.
  • Experience in unionized settings is a plus (not required).

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

  • Fixed Term: October 2025 through December 2026; Status: Full-time, Exempt.
  • Salary: $70,000–$90,000 USD per year, DOE.
  • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing.
  • Location: Missoula, MT or Remote (U.S.-based).
  • Reports To: Interim Good Store General Manager; Supervisory: Yes (Product Specialist).
  • Union Status: Ineligible for inclusion in the DFTBA Workers Union bargaining unit.
