Deckers Brands is hiring an Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing to help bring global campaigns to life across channels and regions. This role sits on the Global Integrated Marketing team supporting UGG and focuses on orchestrating 360° go-to-market programs that connect products, content, and experiences to consumers.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Integrated Marketing – UGG, contributing to seasonal and product campaigns across markets.

Role Summary

As Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will support end-to-end campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment across Product Marketing, Creative, Social, Ecommerce, Retail, and Media. You’ll manage key workflows like global content briefing, shot lists, and the master marketing calendar, while partnering closely with analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and briefing of global content for seasonal and product campaigns across all touchpoints.
  • Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive consumer experiences.
  • Lead the end-to-end shot list process, aligning creative assets to campaign goals and channel needs.
  • Own and update the global marketing calendar across seasons, channels, and regions.
  • Partner with the Marketing Analyst to track multi-channel performance and apply insights to future strategies.

Ideal Profile

  • 4+ years in integrated or global marketing; experience in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a passion for storytelling through marketing.
  • Blend of analytical thinking and creative intuition; comfortable using insights to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Salary range: $75,000–$82,000 USD. Actual pay is determined by location and factors such as skills, experience, and education; the recruiter will share specifics during the hiring process.
