Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop integrated growth strategies designed to deliver significant yearly revenue growth.
- Build cross-channel campaigns and articulate themes, trends, and insights across the paid media plan.
- Own financial projections, budgets, and P&L materials to align internal teams and clients.
- Partner with data teams on projections, customer cohort analyses, media plans, and media mix models.
- Translate quantitative insights into differentiated marketing strategies across industries and stages of growth.
- Lead cross-functional partners—design, paid acquisition, retention, and analytics—to deliver efficient growth.
- Act as the strategic quarterback for account roadmaps, ensuring clarity, focus, and on-time execution.
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years of Paid Social experience, including 4+ years in E‑commerce Paid Social.
- Energized by complex growth challenges that require innovative marketing strategies to unlock scale.
- Long-term ambition to operate as a CMO or founder-level leader.
- Comfort working at the intersection of performance marketing, creative advertising, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail; strong project management across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate shifting client needs and ambiguity with clear direction.
- Proficient with financial projections and P&L; able to defend strategies with executive and investor audiences.
- Fluent in acquisition marketing tools, metrics, and attribution methodologies across today’s landscape.
- Team builder who can align retention, paid media, creative, and data teams toward shared objectives.
- Experience with online sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, third‑party fulfillment, wholesale).
