Role Summary

As Director of Paid Media, you will own growth for a small portfolio of high-potential brands. The role combines management consulting—identifying marketing and business inefficiencies—with growth leadership, orchestrating cross-functional teams to execute against clear financial and performance goals. You’ll develop integrated plans across channels, build and defend financial models, and translate data into actionable strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of Paid Social experience, including 4+ years in E‑commerce Paid Social.
  • Energized by complex growth challenges that require innovative marketing strategies to unlock scale.
  • Long-term ambition to operate as a CMO or founder-level leader.
  • Comfort working at the intersection of performance marketing, creative advertising, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; strong project management across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate shifting client needs and ambiguity with clear direction.
  • Proficient with financial projections and P&L; able to defend strategies with executive and investor audiences.
  • Fluent in acquisition marketing tools, metrics, and attribution methodologies across today’s landscape.
  • Team builder who can align retention, paid media, creative, and data teams toward shared objectives.
  • Experience with online sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, third‑party fulfillment, wholesale).
