Acquisition Marketing Manager (Remote) at cxperts

cxperts, a fast-growing BPO with operations in the U.S., LATAM, and APAC, is hiring a full-time Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel demand generation. This high-visibility, work-from-home role reports to the VP of Marketing and focuses on driving qualified B2B leads for customer experience services.

Role Summary

  • Own the acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and referral channels to drive qualified leads.
  • Develop, launch, and scale paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic).
  • Manage budgets to optimize CPL and CAC while improving funnel performance.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and web teams on high-converting landing pages and lead magnets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and funnel metrics; share insights and recommendations with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition Strategy

  • Lead the end-to-end acquisition roadmap across paid, organic, and referral channels.
  • Identify, test, and scale emerging channels based on ROI.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Build compelling multi-channel campaigns with targeted messaging and clear CTAs.
  • Optimize for conversion rate, CPL, and CAC; partner on landing pages and lead magnets.

Performance Analytics

  • Monitor funnel metrics (impressions, CTR, conversions, CPL, CAC, ROI) and extract insights via Google Analytics, HubSpot, and dashboards.
  • Run A/B tests to refine creative, targeting, and messaging.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Align closely with Sales, SDRs, and Operations to connect campaigns to revenue outcomes.
  • Support CRM and marketing automation integrations; provide regular updates to leadership.

Ideal Profile

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in acquisition, demand generation, growth, and/or performance marketing; demonstrated success scaling lead generation and improving CPL/CAC.
  • Expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM, and retargeting.
  • Experience with CRM/automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Analytical, organized, and proficient in project management; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration; test-and-learn mindset.

Preferred

  • Deep understanding of the B2B lead lifecycle and sales–marketing alignment; industry experience in outsourcing or related B2B services is a plus.

Location, Work Eligibility, and Setup

  • Remote role; must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Residency in one of these states is required: Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
  • Dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet; environment must meet security and confidentiality standards.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checks.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 USD annually.
