Role Summary

As Senior Director, you will lead integrated digital marketing and communications to support product launches, lifecycle engagement, and brand awareness. You will apply AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and a modern martech stack to optimize performance; manage budgets and vendors; and collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Sales. You will define KPIs, report results to leadership, and continually refine strategies to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data-informed digital strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across social, email, SEO, and ABM for launches and lifecycle growth.
  • Manage marketing and technology budgets with clear ROI and measurable outcomes.
  • Leverage AI-powered analytics and predictive models to monitor, forecast, and optimize performance in real time.
  • Oversee short-form content strategy, calendars, and a centralized repository for cross-functional access.
  • Ensure brand consistency across materials, communications, and external websites.
  • Drive SEO strategy and website optimization to increase organic traffic and conversions with vendor support as needed.
  • Optimize and maintain HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM platforms; integrate AI capabilities to streamline operations.
  • Serve as primary project manager, coordinating timelines, tasks, and deliverables for on-time execution.
  • Select and manage external vendors to align with goals, scope, and quality standards.
  • Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Business Development to align campaigns with launches and sales enablement.
  • Establish KPIs, deliver performance reporting, and identify growth opportunities through insights.
  • Guide PR and media strategies, including press releases aligned to business objectives.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years in marketing with emphasis on digital, project management, and communications; proven multi-channel campaign leadership.
  • Demonstrated budget ownership and measurable ROI delivery.
  • Direct experience in life sciences (biotech, pharma, CRO, or preclinical research).
  • Expert project management with on-time, cross-functional delivery across workstreams.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience optimizing KPIs and dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Fluency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM platforms; SEO and website optimization expertise.
  • Collaborative approach with Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams.
  • Strategic, data-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Deep expertise in oncology, CROs, or preclinical research markets.
  • Preferred: Proficiency with AI-driven tools (predictive modeling, personalization) and proven ABM success.

Compensation And Location

This is a senior, full-time role based in Pennsylvania with periodic travel.

  • Compensation: USD $141,003–$176,619, depending on experience.
  • Job Type: Full-time.
  • Location: Pennsylvania.
  • Travel: Up to 25%.
