Role Summary

As an Assistant Marketer, you will partner with the Marketing Director to generate qualified referrals, manage hospital and physician outreach, coordinate facility tours, and guide families through the admissions process. The role includes planning quarterly marketing initiatives, maintaining a contact database, and representing the facility at community events. This is an on-site position in Phoenix, available full-time or part-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily contact with acute care case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and physicians under the direction of the Marketing Director.
• Assess potential patients at local hospitals and answer questions about services and admissions.
• Create and update a quarterly marketing plan with clear objectives aligned to facility strengths, supporting the Marketing Director.
• Submit a weekly marketing calendar of scheduled appointments to the administrator and Marketing Director.
• Maintain a database of physician and case manager contacts and profiles, keeping records accurate and current.
• Manage patient and family relationships as part of the admissions process; provide high-quality facility tours.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to determine acuity and financial fit for potential patients.
• Develop and execute creative outreach tactics to attract referrals and build strong relationships in the medical community.
• Participate in relevant community events that support census growth and reputation.
• Meet incoming patients and families at admission and complete facility-required paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information, facility operations, and staff matters at all times.

Ideal Profile

• Strong analytical approach to assess patient fit and referral quality.
• Experience engaging clinicians, case managers, and families; solid sales and communication skills.
• Marketing knowledge; familiarity with performance marketing tactics is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort managing calendars, plans, and contact databases.
• Curiosity and research skills to stay current on healthcare practices and community needs.
• On-site role in Phoenix; ability to commute to 85029 or relocate before starting is preferred.

Compensation and Location

Job Type: Full-time or part-time; on-site in Phoenix, AZ.

Pay: $20–$28 per hour (the posting notes pay is based on bonuses achieved).
