COPA Soccer Training Center (COPA STC) is hiring a Marketing Manager to drive digital growth and community outreach across paid media, social, email, and events. Role Summary
The Marketing Manager will execute day-to-day marketing across social media, email, digital content, paid campaigns, and event promotion. You will manage content calendars, lead promotional efforts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the community stays informed, inspired, and engaged. The role is well-suited for an earlier-career marketer who is ready to take initiative and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube; monitor CPC, CTR, and conversion performance.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and site traffic.
- Create original video, graphics, and written content for the website and social channels; maintain a consistent publishing schedule across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and Facebook.
- Develop seasonal blog content aligned to programs and campaigns; capture and repurpose UGC, athlete stories, and event footage.
- Manage daily social posting, scheduling, and community engagement; respond to messages and comments with a consistent brand voice; support real-time coverage during events.
- Support email marketing in HubSpot (or similar), ensuring brand consistency across email, social, web, and print assets; contribute to integrated campaign execution.
- Coordinate and attend off-site activations (school events, community fairs, tournaments); build brand awareness through partnerships; capture content for digital use.
- Track and report performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Meta dashboards; refine efforts based on traffic quality, lead outcomes, and team feedback; align with the Director of Marketing and Sales & Engagement Manager.
Ideal Profile
- Hands-on marketer comfortable executing across paid media, social, email, and content creation in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta ads, YouTube, SEO fundamentals, and performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions).
- Experience managing multi-channel social calendars; strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills for sports and community content.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (HubSpot or similar) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta dashboards).
- Collaborative, organized, and proactive; comfortable supporting occasional off-site activations and event coverage.
Compensation And Location
Salary range: $63,833–$95,495 USD. Location: Walnut Creek, CA.
