Constructor is hiring a Director, GTM Enablement to equip customer-facing teams with the programs, content, and training that accelerate revenue. This fully remote role sits at the nexus of Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, building scalable enablement for onboarding, sales readiness, and consistent messaging from first touch through renewal.

Role Summary

In this strategic role, you will design, execute, and measure enablement programs that improve onboarding, sales readiness, product knowledge, and field alignment. You will connect teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging and value delivery across the funnel, and lead enablement for Account Executives, SDRs, and Customer Success counterparts focused on onboarding and renewals. This is a builder role suited to someone who can balance structure with agility in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive productivity, consistency, and performance across the GTM organization.
  • Build and scale the programs, tools, and processes that enable sales success.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to equip reps with the right knowledge, content, and training.
  • Design, execute, and measure enablement programs aligned to business objectives and sustainable growth.
  • Develop sales playbooks outlining strategies, workflows, and best practices for common selling scenarios.
  • Facilitate ongoing learning through training, workshops, and certifications.
  • Own scalable onboarding to ramp new hires quickly and create continuous learning paths for tenured reps.
  • Develop and maintain battlecards, objection-handling guides, and competitive positioning.
  • Ensure tight alignment with Product and GTM teams to keep messaging accurate and current.
  • Balance structure with agility, iterating programs based on feedback and results.

Ideal Profile

  • Experience designing, delivering, and optimizing GTM or sales enablement programs.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator across Sales, Product, Marketing, and CS.
  • Skilled at translating product capabilities into clear customer-facing narratives and assets.
  • Hands-on builder comfortable creating playbooks, tools, and processes from the ground up.
  • Effective facilitator with a track record of engaging, practical training.
  • Data-informed program owner who measures impact and iterates to improve outcomes.
