Role Summary

As part of the Growth Operations team, the Marketing & Social Media Manager will manage social channels, maintain and update company websites, and create on-brand collateral and templates. Success requires strong design and communication skills, excellent time management, and high-touch collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors. This full-time role is based with the corporate team in Kirkland, WA, with remote work arrangements available. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed; up to 10% travel is expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead content creation and daily management of social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engagement.
  • Maintain and update company websites (content edits, blog posts, media uploads, client portals, e-commerce, and forms).
  • Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, event invitations, pitch decks, and branded graphics.
  • Create and maintain internal/external templates for presentations, proposals, and branded documents for consistency and ease of use.
  • Monitor and report on social and website analytics; share insights and recommendations to inform content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to support digital initiatives, advertising, and branded materials.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in corporate marketing, communications, and social media management.
  • Experience creating, managing, and reporting on full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record growing social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Hands-on experience with CMS tools (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar).
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency creating marketing materials (brochures, digital ads, branded assets).
  • Ability to organize and maintain brand templates and document systems.
  • Comfort analyzing social and web analytics to inform strategy and optimization.
  • Experience partnering with vendors or external agencies on campaigns or creative projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Experience working with highly confidential information; up to 10% travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with MQL systems (e.g., Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot).
  • Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Basic coding knowledge for website design is a plus.
  • Demonstrated history of social media engagement and follower growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

Compensation, Benefits, and Location

Salary range: $85,000–$95,000 USD, based on experience. This full-time role supports the corporate team in Kirkland, WA, with remote work options. Standard Monday–Friday schedule; occasional evenings/weekends as duties require.
