Role Summary

The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Product and Enrollment Marketing within the Brand, Digital & Marketing Services team. You will support production and editorial for client-facing collateral—both print and digital—and help develop product marketing assets within the integrated Marketing-on-Demand platform. The role involves cross-functional coordination, content accuracy, and adherence to brand and compliance guidelines. Work model: in-office four days per week with one remote day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and execute product materials (enrollment collateral, sales brochures, and related assets).
  • Apply approved content to templated layouts to maintain brand consistency across channels.
  • Provide editorial support for quick-turn projects with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage storage, organization, and naming conventions for the marketing materials library.
  • Contribute to Marketing-on-Demand content development and updates for product materials.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements and project status.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and business partners.
  • Support special projects as assigned and continuously build product knowledge.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (required) and 3+ years of experience in production and design.
  • Understanding of print production, file setup, and templated design workflows.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative communicator who builds relationships and provides excellent client service.
  • Problem-solver with initiative; comfortable sharing ideas and improving processes.
  • Adaptable and organized; prioritizes effectively amid shifting objectives and quick turnarounds.
  • Values integrity and accountability; aligns with Chubb’s standards and team-first culture.

Compensation, Location, and Schedule

  • Compensation: USD $52,706–$81,377 annually (role-dependent within range).
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
  • Location: Columbia, SC; in-office four days per week with one work-from-home day.
