Role Summary

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this strategic individual contributor will architect and own growth—from lead generation and pipeline development through customer retention and win-back—while building and optimizing the MarTech stack and piloting AI-enabled workflows. Over time, the role may build a team or agency ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the growth engine: Design and own a B2B strategy that drives new sales and retention across employers, benefits brokers, hospitals, and other healthcare partners; stand up ABM for high-value enterprise accounts including health plans, hospital systems, and payviders.
  • Drive full-funnel influence: Run campaigns that move prospects from MQL through RFP and to closed-won, partnering closely with Sales throughout the cycle.
  • Retention and win-back: Delight existing customers, proactively nurture at-risk accounts, and re-engage lost customers in tight collaboration with Client Marketing.
  • Analytics ownership: Define, measure, and report growth metrics; use data to prioritize initiatives with the highest ROI and communicate results to executives.
  • MarTech stack ownership: Be a power user of Salesforce and HubSpot to build campaigns, workflows, and reporting; evaluate new tools to scale an automated, seamless funnel.
  • AI-native execution: Deploy AI agents and workflows to scale media, operations, and content; pioneer AI best practices for growth acceleration in a lean environment.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Operate shoulder to shoulder with Sales, Client Success, and RevOps to target, nurture, and advance the right accounts.

Ideal Profile

  • 15+ years in B2B growth and ABM, driving revenue in complex enterprise sales environments; experience in health benefits or digital health is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise across SEM, SEO, paid social (especially LinkedIn), and lifecycle email marketing; proven campaign development, testing, and scaling.
  • AI-native leader who has implemented AI to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and team capacity; experience building an AI-enabled team is a plus.
  • Data-first operator adept at analysis, visualization, and executive-ready reporting to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
  • Systems-minded owner of Salesforce and HubSpot; proficiency with Demandbase or 6Sense, plus tools like ZoomInfo, Zapier, and Clay.
  • Strategic yet hands-on: comfortable testing, optimizing media, creating content, and pulling reports alongside AI-driven workflows.
  • Curious, experimental, and resilient, with a genuine interest in the healthcare industry and continuous improvement.
