Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Own campaign strategy and architecture across paid social (especially LinkedIn), SEM, display, programmatic, email nurture, and web.
- Define objectives, target segments, and messaging in partnership with service line leaders for AI, analytics, cloud, IoT, and digital experience programs.
- Lead end-to-end performance measurement and analytics for global digital campaigns; report impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Establish rigorous testing and optimization (A/B and multivariate) to continuously improve performance and ROI.
- Translate complex data into executive-ready narratives; deliver quarterly business reviews with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (creative, content, operations, media) and lead stakeholder cadences to ensure cohesive delivery and optimization.
- Serve as MarTech SME, leveraging Salesforce, SixSense, and AdTech capabilities; recommend tools that improve outcomes.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field; 7+ years in B2B digital marketing and demand generation leadership.
- Expert, hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager skills: advanced targeting, budget optimization, and varied ad formats.
- Deep CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), including nurture design, data flows, and performance reporting.
- Advanced analytics proficiency (Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics) and data visualization (Tableau or Power BI).
- Demonstrated B2B multi-touch attribution modeling and reporting on pipeline and revenue influence.
- Proven success leading complex projects and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment; excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Compensation and Location
Location: Remote (United States). Employment Type: Full-time. Applications accepted until September 25, 2025. Salary range: USD $160,000–$180,000, depending on experience; eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, subject to applicable plan terms and policies.
