Cognizant Technology Solutions is hiring a Global Digital Campaigns Lead to architect and optimize full-funnel programs across AI, analytics, cloud, IoT, and digital experience services. This is a high-impact, remote role for a data-savvy B2B marketer who can translate strategy into measurable pipeline and revenue.

Role Summary

As the Global Digital Campaigns Lead, you will design, execute, and optimize integrated digital programs for technology service lines, partnering closely with marketing leaders. Reporting to the Global VP of Technology and Service Line Marketing, you will convert business objectives into full-funnel campaigns that drive pipeline, revenue, and executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field; 7+ years in B2B digital marketing and demand generation leadership.
  • Expert, hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager skills: advanced targeting, budget optimization, and varied ad formats.
  • Deep CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), including nurture design, data flows, and performance reporting.
  • Advanced analytics proficiency (Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics) and data visualization (Tableau or Power BI).
  • Demonstrated B2B multi-touch attribution modeling and reporting on pipeline and revenue influence.
  • Proven success leading complex projects and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment; excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Compensation and Location

Location: Remote (United States). Employment Type: Full-time. Applications accepted until September 25, 2025. Salary range: USD $160,000–$180,000, depending on experience; eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, subject to applicable plan terms and policies.
