Role Summary

As a Retail Sales Leader, you will focus on customer service, daily sales targets, and visual merchandising while extending the in-store experience to social channels through posts and live broadcasts. The role combines personal styling, floor operations, and community engagement across ecommerce and social platforms.

• Deliver welcoming, solution-oriented service that makes customers feel confident and valued.
• Commit to daily sales goals and support a high-energy store environment.
• Post marketing content to key social platforms and host frequent live video showcases.
• Lead merchandising: dress mannequins, create displays, and decorate windows to highlight inventory.
• Act as a personal stylist, offering outfit and accessory recommendations.
• Engage with customers in-store and on social media to drive traffic and conversions.
• Maintain a broad, well-organized sales floor with fresh inventory and easy-to-shop displays.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Enthusiastic about people, fashion, and helping shoppers discover looks they love.
• Understands the power of shoes and accessories to complete an outfit; enjoys styling and creativity.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting with daily goals and evolving priorities.
• Active on social media; capable of posting consistently and hosting live video sessions.
• Open, flexible availability including evenings and weekends; availability between 9 AM and 9 PM.
• Has a car (does not rely on rideshare or public transit) and lives within approximately 15 minutes of the Springfield, PA location (as stated by the employer).
• Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods; prior leadership/management and some college preferred.
