Role Summary

Lead a pod that includes media buyers, copywriters, videographers, business intelligence, and account managers. Working directly with the CEO, you will set growth strategy, plan offers and funnels, guide channel mix, and oversee KPI attainment. You will collaborate with project management for timelines and resourcing, and champion clear, fast communication (Slack-first, daily standups, weekly team meetings) to keep initiatives moving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Hire, develop, and manage leaders across the performance pod; own pod KPIs and outcomes.
  • Funnel Strategy & Execution: Design and launch low-ticket, webinar, and call funnels; coordinate end-to-end delivery with project management.
  • Workforce Planning: Forecast hiring needs; partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, and training—especially media buyers.
  • Client Strategy & Reviews: Run monthly, quarterly, and annual metric reviews (campaign performance, lead conversion, database quality, pipeline).
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor KPIs, test plans, and pacing; adjust tactics based on targets and results.
  • Creative Ideation & Management: Partner with copy and senior buyers to produce direct-response video ads that drive ROAS.
  • Media Buying Strategy: Collaborate with the Senior Media Buyer on quarterly, monthly, and annual plans across platforms.

Success Metrics

  • Hit 95% of projected quarterly bonus for the pod; own forecasting and weekly pacing.
  • Achieve 90% of client growth KPIs; forecast profit, ROAS, booked calls, and spend; diversify channels and optimize promptly.
  • Maintain 65% gross profit margin; ensure 2x payroll before bonus, accurate time tracking, and appropriate resourcing.
  • Build one new sales funnel per quarter; define strategy, offer, pricing, and lifecycle sequences; measure and iterate.

Ideal Profile

  • 3+ years in the info-product/consulting niche with a record of scaling these models.
  • Managed $50,000+/month social ad budgets.
  • Experience with email marketing (preferred).
  • Experience with Google/YouTube advertising (preferred).
  • 1+ year managing a team or leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Agency or client-facing background (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar experience (preferred).
  • Strong communicator comfortable with fast, context-rich Slack collaboration.
  • Holistic growth mindset across paid and organic revenue sources.

Compensation And Location

This is a full-time role with a salary range of $50,000–$100,000 USD. The company supports fully remote work and maintains offices in New Jersey and Florida; the listed location for this opening is New Jersey.
