Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain schedules, assets, and approvals.
• Collaborate with departments and external partners to source information and align messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance and community feedback; recommend data-informed adjustments.
• Uphold brand and accessibility standards across all materials and channels.
• Support event promotion and on-site communications needs as required.
• Coordinate with vendors or creative partners for design, printing, and media placements.
• Prepare summaries and reports to share results and learnings with stakeholders.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Hiring salary is dependent on experience. The expected hiring range is $74,380.46 to $82,644.96 annually. The City offers a generous benefits package, including health and wellness benefits, a 6% retirement contribution match and a 3% 457 deferred compensation match, general leave, and support for work/life balance.
