Role Summary
In this full-time role, you will lead brand and social media campaigns, build and manage partnerships with publishers, authors, and influencers, and oversee the Commission Junction affiliate program. You’ll monitor performance, report on KPIs, and iterate on content, offers, and landing experiences to improve efficiency and ROI. Success looks like measurable gains in visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities: Brand & Social Media Marketing
- Collaborate with agencies and creative teams to develop and execute brand and social campaigns.
- Monitor channel performance; report on engagement, acquisition, and KPIs; optimize content and strategy based on results.
- Experiment with emerging trends, channels, and formats to expand reach and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Partner & Affiliate Marketing
- Build and nurture relationships with publishers, authors, and influencers to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
- Direct Commission Junction execution for affiliate partnerships and activities.
- Track KPIs (CPA, ROI, AOV, etc.) and optimize campaigns to maximize business performance.
- Manage partner and affiliate budgets, ensuring accurate invoices and financial reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities: Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Analyze campaign performance using core KPIs (CPA, ROI, conversion rate, AOV, LTV).
- Generate weekly and monthly reports to assess program health and identify optimization opportunities.
- Run A/B tests across creative, offer structures, and landing page strategies to improve conversion.
- Track budget pacing and process invoices to ensure accurate reconciliation and spend alignment.
Key Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal Paid Media, Creative, Ecommerce, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Share insights and reports with leadership to guide strategy and investment decisions.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–5+ years in social, affiliate, or performance marketing with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Hands-on experience across organic and paid social, partnership, and influencer programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proven project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with high accountability and ownership over outcomes.
- Detail-oriented with consistent follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a direct-to-consumer or omnichannel retail environment.
- Affinity with, and understanding of, Christian consumers, institutions, and homeschoolers.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field; MBA a plus.
