Creative Growth Strategist (Paid Media) — Chai Vision (Austin, TX)

Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end creative for paid social—from concepts and scripts to briefs and asset delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, ROAS, CAC) to spot patterns and inform concepts and tests.
- Write clear, actionable briefs rooted in customer psychology and performance data; collaborate with designers, editors, and UGC creators.
- Guide messaging frameworks, hooks, and storytelling for video-first formats; bonus if comfortable with quick mockups or light edits in Canva, CapCut, or Figma.
- Build and manage a structured testing roadmap; A/B test formats, scripts, hooks, and CTAs; synthesize learnings for scale.
- Produce monthly creative reports that connect output to business outcomes and tell a clear performance story.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
- 5+ years in creative strategy, paid social, or performance marketing, ideally in DTC or a performance agency.
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads (required) and TikTok Ads (strongly preferred); experience with Google/YouTube creative.
- Proven ability to independently ideate, script, and direct paid social creative.
- Experience managing creative workflows across multiple brands and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong writing instincts for ad copy, UGC scripts, and headlines.
- Proficiency with metrics and tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Motion, or Looker.
- Confident communicator and presenter with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bonus: Light design or editing skills (Figma, Canva, CapCut, Adobe) and familiarity with Notion, Monday, or ClickUp.

Compensation And Location
- Job Type: Full-time, in person.
- Location: Austin, TX.
- Department: Marketing; Reports to: Creative Director.
- Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
- Salary: $75,000–$100,000 USD per year.
- Benefits: 401(k), health insurance, paid time off.
- Primary Channels: Meta (core), with growth into Google and YouTube; potential exposure to OOH/TV and podcasting.
