Role Summary
Reporting at the executive level, the VP of Growth will own end‑to‑end demand generation strategy and execution across digital and physical channels. The leader will orchestrate targeted regional campaigns, field marketing programs, and partner activations; ensure cohesive messaging with Product and Corporate Marketing; and define the KPIs that tie marketing activity to pipeline contribution and ROI. A core focus is alignment with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and handoffs across key markets and verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead a comprehensive demand generation strategy to grow net‑new pipeline across digital and in‑person channels.
- Align closely with Sales, Product, Corporate Marketing, and regional teams to co‑develop programs and share insights.
- Plan and execute regional, industry‑specific campaigns tailored to local market dynamics and customer needs.
- Own field marketing: regional events, executive briefings, and partner activations that support sales objectives.
- Ensure consistent messaging and value proposition in partnership with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing.
- Define, track, and optimize KPIs including lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Deliver regular performance readouts, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing growth marketing team across digital, events, regional strategy, and analytics.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 15+ years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing with a record of building pipeline at scale.
- Expertise across multi‑channel programs: digital, events, ABX, and outbound campaigns.
- Proven ability to tailor strategies by region, vertical, and customer segment to improve relevance and outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to make decisions, measure impact, and optimize performance.
- Trusted partner to Sales with alignment on goals, lead quality, and clear handoff processes.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
- Experience marketing to public safety, law enforcement, or federal government audiences is an advantage.
Compensation and Location
- Employment: Full‑time; Remote role.
- Compensation: USD $166,450–$225,816.
