Cariloha is hiring a Vice President of Online Growth Marketing to lead digital acquisition and accelerate the customer journey from showroom to online. This is a senior, full-time role based in Sandy, UT, focused on responsibly scaling revenue while improving retention and lifetime value.

Role Summary
Reporting to the Executive VP of Marketing, the VP of Online Growth Marketing will own the strategy and execution for online growth. You will architect and scale new customer acquisition, leverage high-traffic showrooms and digital channels, and optimize the end-to-end funnel from first touch to repeat purchase.

- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Online Revenue per Subscriber (RPS) from showroom customers
Responsibilities
- Own online growth strategy and the showroom-to-online customer journey.
- Activate digitally native channels and emerging platforms to grow sales.
- Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and performance tracking.
- Partner with Store Managers, Regional Sales Directors, Product, Creative, and Sales to align on goals.
- Coordinate with CRM, email, and lifecycle teams to increase LTV and retention.
- Assess and implement tools, vendors, and platforms that enhance growth.
- Report regularly to executive leadership with transparent metrics and recommendations.
Ideal Profile
- 7+ years in digital growth marketing, preferably in consumer products.
- Proven record scaling acquisition and retention for high-growth omni-channel brands.
- Expertise in performance marketing, customer journeys, email funnels, and e-commerce optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Confident communicating with C-level executives and instilling trust in the narrative and numbers.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
- Location: Sandy, UT
- Employment: Full-time
- Salary range: $151,491–$189,519 USD, based on experience and qualifications
