Role Summary
The Global Marketing Manager will develop and execute the global marketing strategy and annual plans for ruminants. You will translate market, customer, and competitive insights into positioning, value propositions, campaigns, launches, and experiences that drive revenue and customer value. The role requires collaboration across marketing, commercial, and technical teams and includes stewardship of brand strategy for the species portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of the global ruminant marketing strategy and annual plans aligned to business objectives.
- Incorporate brand architecture and customer segmentation into plans to prioritize impact and efficiency.
- Partner across marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver promotional programs, campaigns, and activations within budget.
- Apply customer needs, competitor intelligence, market trends, and behaviors to inform category decisions and positioning.
- Drive innovation, new product development, co-creation of customer solutions, and product commercialization.
- Lead launches of new products, services, or solutions to optimize customer engagement and demand generation.
- Advance customer experience and activate differentiated value propositions for the species portfolio.
- Build and execute brand strategy for the ruminants portfolio in alignment with global guidelines.
- Develop and deliver marketing trainings, events, and collateral in collaboration with broader teams.
- Independently handle complex initiatives and escalate only the most complex issues as needed.
Ideal Profile
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of four years of marketing strategy experience.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing differentiated value propositions.
- Proven marketing planning, campaign execution, performance measurement, and demand generation experience.
- Background in agriculture, animal nutrition, or animal health.
Compensation And Benefits
The expected salary range is USD $120,000–$150,000. Actual compensation depends on factors such as location, certifications, education, and experience, and may be adjusted for geographic differentials.
