Home with Dignity, part of CareVet, is hiring a Marketing and Revenue Strategist to accelerate growth across existing and new markets. This role blends data-driven strategy, market development, and cross-functional collaboration to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and overall profitability.

Role Summary

The Marketing and Revenue Strategist owns market performance tracking, insight generation, and go-to-market execution to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. You will partner with Operations leadership, support grassroots initiatives through the Ambassador Program, and evaluate ROI to optimize spend and outcomes. Daily collaborators include the Director of Operations, Manager of Operations, and teams within CareVet (Marketing, Financial Operations, and more).

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and analyze data, generate insights, and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Work with the Director of Operations to implement marketing strategies that drive revenue and business growth.
  • Serve as a thought partner on strategies that accelerate ramp-up for new markets.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and identify opportunities in established and emerging markets.
  • Oversee the Home with Dignity Ambassador Program alongside Operations and the Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Support grassroots marketing: schedule lunch-and-learns, develop/distribute materials, and conduct outreach via email and cold calling.
  • Promote the company mission to local businesses to drive lead generation and word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Leverage analytics to evaluate ROI, optimize spend, and identify cost-saving and revenue opportunities.
  • Build business cases for new initiatives (e.g., new market entry, cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment) and assess results for continuous improvement.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in market research analysis or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to translate insights into actionable revenue growth plans.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative and people-oriented.
  • Analytical mindset with knowledge of market dynamics and competitive positioning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
  • Data-driven approach paired with empathy for end-of-life veterinary services.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Salary range: $61,094–$76,339 USD. Location: Clayton, MO.
