Senior Marketing Manager, PebbleGo (Capstone) — Edina, MN
Capstone is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market execution for PebbleGo, its K–5 digital learning platform. This role blends strategy, team leadership, and hands-on campaign management to drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver consistent messaging and measurable outcomes across channels.

Role Summary
As a senior member of the PebbleGo GTM team, you will lead a talented marketing team and own product launches, brand programs, digital campaigns, and sales enablement. You’ll partner closely with Product, Growth, Design, Customer Experience, and Sales to position solutions, generate demand, and support customer lifecycle goals. Preferred work arrangement is hybrid in Edina, MN or North Mankato, MN.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the PebbleGo marketing team, including operations and performance management.
- Contribute to GTM strategy and product positioning as a core leadership team member.
- Plan and execute launches and updates with cohesive, channel-specific messaging.
- Build full-funnel campaigns across digital, content, events, and paid media to drive qualified demand.
- Maintain consistent brand tone and value articulation across all touchpoints.
- Develop lifecycle communications in partnership with Customer Experience, from acquisition through retention.
- Create sales enablement assets (decks, one-pagers, handouts) to support effective conversations.
- Own event and tradeshow presence, aligning goals, execution, and ROI measurement.
- Build and optimize marketing automation and nurture programs to improve conversion.
- Oversee SEO/SEM, paid search/display, social, and performance analytics.
Ideal Profile
- 10+ years of SaaS marketing experience within K–12 edtech; elementary focus a plus.
- Proven success leading launches and delivering measurable marketing results.
- Strong digital expertise: campaign development, automation tools, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
- Deep understanding of K–12 buyer personas, procurement cycles, and educator engagement.
- Lifecycle marketing skills across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion.
- Demonstrated team leadership with a collaborative, empowering style.
- Excellent project management, storytelling, and communication abilities.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales, Design, and Product.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Background as an elementary educator and familiarity with Aha! are nice-to-have.
Compensation, Location, and Travel
Salary range: $90,000–$110,000 USD, depending on skills, experience, location, and other factors. Role is based in Edina, MN, with a preference for a hybrid schedule; North Mankato, MN is also an option. Approximately 5–10% travel may be required. Pre-employment background check required. U.S. work authorization only; visa sponsorship is not available.
