Role Summary

The marketer will plan and execute multichannel campaigns, create content, analyze performance, and optimize programs that support growth goals. You’ll work hands-on with email, webinars, social media, website updates (WordPress), and brand assets while coordinating closely with sales on revenue-focused initiatives.

  • Email campaigns and lifecycle nurturing

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned to business objectives for B2B audiences.
  • Research market trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform plans and positioning.
  • Plan and manage multichannel campaigns across SEO, social media, email, and print.
  • Create content for web pages, blogs, email newsletters, social posts, and event assets.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor performance and optimize campaigns; leverage Adobe Creative tools as needed for creative assets.
  • Partner with sales to support advertising and demand programs that drive revenue impact.
  • Oversee budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Implement and maintain marketing automation to streamline processes and reporting.
  • Track industry trends and adjust tactics to improve channel effectiveness and ROI.

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in digital, content, and performance marketing with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong SEO capabilities and hands-on social media execution, including Facebook Advertising.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce strategies and online sales processes is a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messages for varied audiences and channels.
  • Experience with analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Google Ads/Analytics) to track performance.
  • Working knowledge of HTML for website updates is beneficial but not required.
  • Collaborative, organized, and comfortable operating in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Compensation and Location

  • Pay: From $55.00 per hour (USD)
  • Schedule: 15–25 hours per week
  • Employment Type: Part-time, Remote
